TIMOTHY GREENE JR. FOUND GUILTY OF ASSAULT IN THE SECOND DEGREE AND ARMED CRIMINAL ACTION

OZARK, MO – The Christian County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office announces that on November 28th, 2023, after a two-day trial, a Christian County jury found Timothy Green Jr. guilty of assault in the second degree and armed criminal action. On July 18th, 2020, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Green and two accomplices attacked the victim and her father in the victim’s residence, which the victim was renting from Green.
